Bowley’s Christmas Experience 2025
Step into the magic of Christmas at Bowley International Scout Centre. Our annual Christmas Experience is back, bigger and better than ever. From enchanting new attractions to festive family favourites, every child will leave with memories that last a lifetime.
This December, Bowley transforms into a winter wonderland where children journey through a series of magical rooms, each brimming with festive surprises. Book a place for your group and experience Christmas at Bowley like never before. Perfect for families, Scouts and Guide groups, and community groups, this event is also open to the general public.
Your Christmas adventure begins at our brand new Cable Car Station, where excitement takes off before you continue your festive journey.
Along the way, children will:
- Bake with Mrs Claus – Decorate and enjoy tasty treats in her cosy kitchen.
- Visit Bowley’s Amazon Depot – A fun new stop where parcels are sorted and ready for delivery.
- Step inside the Elves’ Toy Testing Station – Test our Elves .
- Meet with Rudolph – Collect your very own reindeer food to leave out on Christmas eve.
- Meet Santa Claus – No Christmas is complete without a special moment with Santa, plus every child receives a gift to take home.
📅 Dates & Booking
Bowley’s Christmas Experience 2025 will run on the following dates:
- Monday 1st – Thursday 4th December from 6:00pm
- Saturday 6th December from 4:30pm
Spaces are limited and sell out quickly every year, so early booking is essential.
A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost will secure bookings; unfilled places will be charged for at the full rate unless places can be filled with replacement bookings. 100% of the booking will be due if you choose to make payment online.
Ticket Prices:
Children; £11.50 includes Christmas gifts during their visit (there is a 50p early booking discount for bookings made before the end of October 2025)
Adults; £2.00 which includes warm drink and mince pie!
The total payment must be paid by 30th November 2025.
Tour parties will be arranged in nominal groups of 12 plus up to 4 adults., numbers cannot exceed this amount. Small groups will be combined and large ones split, this is to ensure that a maximum of children are able to see and enjoy the displays without difficulty.
Adults are welcome to wait, buy Christmas gifts and socialise in the Lodge while the children visit Santa’s HQ.
